Lose Weight-Probably at the top of everyone’s list, resolving to lose weight in 2013 isn’t a bad idea. Unfortunately, the preceding gluttony of the 3 months leading up to the New Year’s Eve doesn’t help this resolution in the least. Don’t wait until the clock strikes midnight to try to lose weight. Reaching a weight-loss goal is a complex and challenging event that should not be constrained to the beginning of the year. Start tonight. Don’t have that extra cocktail and pass up that third round of appetizers. Whatever you decide to do, take it one bite at a time and make it a life-long goal.
